Every taxonomy needs a bin, and this is the town's. A site lands here when it is none of the other seventeen kinds — not a tool, not a shop, not a publication, not a person — and the classifier is told to keep this slug alone, never beside another: "other" is an answer, not a hedge.
It is deliberately small. When it grows past a few percent of the town, the taxonomy is missing a category, which is how utilities and community were born. So this page is also the town's to-do list.
Sites whose homepages say nothing at all — parked domains, splash screens, a login form — are not here either. They have no category, because absent is more honest than guessed.
